How to Reset Password?

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click “Lost your password?”.
  3. Fill in your username or email address.
  4. Click “Get New Password”.
  5. We will send you an email with a password reset link.
  6. Click the password reset link to open the password reset page. If the password reset link is not clickable or is broken into two lines, please copy and paste the URL into your browser’s address bar and then go to the password reset page manually.
  7. Delete the randomly generated new password and fill in your preferred password.
  8. Click “Save Password” to save the new password.
